My lease is almost up and I'm so excited. We're on the back side of the complex and for the past 9 months they've been doing construction behind us, so on my days off I'm often woken up by hammering, bulldozers, and noisy Mexican music blaring from their trucks. The rent is WAY expensive for what you're getting, there is NO space is the cabinets that are made out of cheap particle board. We've had several spider infestations and I've called a few times to have them spray but I'm almost sure they didn't because the spiders always come back. Also, they're so cheap before we moved in I guess the last tenants had stains on the carpet, instead of replacing it like they should have done. They cut the stains out of the carpet and replaced it with new squares, so we have little cut outs in our floor. When we moved in there were 2 leasing agents that were dolls, one of them got out of bed on his day off to get something out of the maintenance closet for me. The other one was always on top of things when I called him about people leaving their trash all over the place. Unfortunately they aren't there anymore. The girls that work there don't really care about much of anything that you ask them to do. And lastly, the other reviews have said it, the security SUCKS. The locks can be picked with a credit card. And the parking is terrible, there is a broken down old truck in one of the front parking spots in front of my building and management has yet to make them move it.
