We lived at the Orchards for 5 years 2003-2008. We never had a problem. The maintenance staff are fantastic, They walk around the complex picking up litter first things in the mornings. They respond quickly to issues, usually within a few hours. The office staff are friendly. We have since moved to florida and the apartment units, customer service, and apartment maintenance and crime issues are horrible. We miss the Orchards and the staff.
