This is a very cool place to live. This is my 5th year in Cookeville and lived with a couple of buddies at another complex before I moved here. One of my buddies got kicked out and left us stuck with all the bills. At Eagles Landing, I pay rent for my bedroom and it includes my internet, cable, water, and electric. I m not going to get stuck again. Lanette, the manager, does stuff for us like cooking out by the pool and the day she had a chocolate fountain in the office rocked. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

Agreed, Lanette was a good manager, but doesn't work there anymore. New management isn't so great.
