Take a team of attorneys with you when you sign the lease AND when you move out... even with that, you'll still probably end up getting screwed. If you're attracted to the individual leases, save yourself some sanity and just rent a two bedroom by yourself closer to campus for the same price you'd pay for one bedroom at Eagle's Landing. This place isn't worth the hassle.
