Apartments are way over priced. Internet hardly ever works and when it doesn't work it takes a act of congress to get it fixed. I recieved an overage on utilities almost every month. This month I recieved a bill for a utility overage for the months of December, January and Feburary, the last time i checked it is now May''' and to beat it all they want me to come up with the extra money in two weeks, they can be three months late getting the bill out but they want it to be paid in two weeks or I get hit with a late charge, something dont add up. I highly discourage anyone from renting from this bunch, they are really good salesmen when you go into see them but its a different story when you sign that lease. I feel sorry for the new people moving in, all i can say is goodluck and hope your stay is better than mine was.

I have lived here for over 2 years and absolutely love it! The staff are great too! They have lots of events every month and I have made tons of friends here. I can honestly say that I do not know what these other people are talking about. Any repairs that I have had are always taken care of and I have never been billed for any overage-It's only minutes from Campus and alot newer and better than living on Campus. I refer all of my friends here!

It's alright, a little expensive but worth it Id say. I have a neighbor downstairs who always complains about noise, when Im being decently quiet. Ive had the cops show up before the said "quiet hours" but as far as the apartments go, its pretty nice.
