Not as bad as the dorms... Take a team of attorneys with you when you sign the lease AND when you move out... even with that, you'll still probably end up getting screwed. If you're attracted to the individual leases, save yourself some sanity and just rent a two bedroom by yourself

Very nice for the price Overall great! For $275 a month DO NOT expect perfection. The walls are cinder block and the floor is tile. It looks very much like the Tech dorms with similar construction.
