The Best Place to Live in Cookeville! Eagles Landing is the best place to live in all of Cookeville. My apartment is fully furnished and I was able to choose my own roommate!

Not as bad as the dorms... Take a team of attorneys with you when you sign the lease AND when you move out... even with that, you'll still probably end up getting screwed. If you're attracted to the individual leases, save yourself some sanity and just rent a two bedroom by yourself
