I do not live at Appling Lakes anymore. We moved out last summer, because we needed a two bedroom instead of a one bedroom, and we found a really great deal at the Registry at Wolfchase. I wish every single day that we had never left. Appling Lakes was such a nice place to live. The grounds were always kept up so well. If you ever had a complaint, or any maintenance need, someone was there to deal with it within minutes. I am deathly afraid of spiders. Once I found a rather large Wolf spider crawling across the floor, and I was scared to death. I ran out of the apt, and called management and they sent someone over in about 5 minutes, and he came in, found the spider and killed it for me. I would have paid the extra money for a two bedroom at Appling Lakes, had I known then, what I know now. The only complaint I had, was that there wasn't always ample parking, and you did not have the option to purchase covered parking spaces.
