I have lived here for a few months and it has been great up untill recently. The staff always greated me by name and they even new my kids name which was unlike the last place we lived. They treated us like family, which was outstanding in my book. This month it took a turn for the worse... everyone we had grown to love with the staff was GONE! When I paid my rent the grey haired lady met me a with what do you need...it was like I was ruining her day by paying my rent. I have been in customer service all of my life and if I treated my customers that way they would never come back. Needless to say if the staff remains in this manner I will not be signing a new lease and the residents are all talking the same. The place has gone from me recommending it to everyone to I hate to say I live here. The owner has made a grave mistake this month and I hope they can live with it.
