Where do I start'!'

1. THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND STAFF IN THE OFFICE ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. They will tell you one thing on the phone, something different in the office, and NEVER deliver on anything they say. DO NOT TRUST THE OFFICE STAFF... PERIOD!!! Classes and formal training in basic customer service and business etiquette would offer some hope for the staff as resident turnover appears to be extremely excessive.

2. CRIME is a major concern as there have been numerous incidents on the property in recent weeks and months.

3. SCARY AND SUSPICIOUS-LOOKING NEIGHBORS AND NON-RESIDENTS AT THE POOL AND FACILITIES.

4. The floorplans are spacious and have cool features but are in MAJOR need of updates and renovations.

Evaluate other options for apartment living and be GLAD you read this review before signing the lease!!

For the record-the current staff is new and this response is no longer valid. Not one incident of "Crime"-lots of rumors that were unfounded. Ex: Car stolen was actually towed away by the service hired by Appling Lakes for illegal parking
