4-1/2 Years. The most prestigious place to live in Cordova. If you are discontented about your community feel free to innedate the owners (Sage Brush)and their management staff with e-mails. The new owners are a real estate investment firm and we are nothing but numbers to them now. I feel for their investors as we have become a casualty of the NASDAQ.
