I love these apartments. They are spacious, beautiful, classy, and in a good location. They are located within Cordova city limits. The apartments are a little on the pricy side, but I don't mind paying a little more for security. However, there are some things going on recently that I'm not sure about.

We seem to change property managers and leasing companies more often than one changes their bedsheets. Our most current property manager is nice and seems to be trying to turn things around. The apartments are getting a fresh coat of paint. The best way I can describe this color is 'urine sample' yellow. I am a bit disgusted by this new shade. I want to live in a place that is attractive - not tacky.

The parking is terrible. There are garages that take up a lot of parking spaces and people that rent these garages don't use them for their cars - they use them as storage. Quite often my roommate and I have to park in the next parking lot over. It is the most congested parking I have ever seen at any apartment.

I am unhappy with some things of late but overall, I am happy at these apartments so I am recommending them.
