I moved here about 6 months ago.
I did visit all the other "Luxury" complexes and by far Appling Lakes is the best.
The pool area is truly resort style with plenty of space to relax and meet people.
I had some medical issues and the staff helped me with some day to day activities.
In addition, they have been very responsive to the few maintainence issues I had.
The units are very spacious-my one bedroom is over 900 sq feet.
The wrap around balcony is perfect to kick back on-other "luxury" complexes have small balconies-if they have them at all.
