Appling Lakes is a wonderful place to stay, and you would love to call it your home. Sandy and her staff is awesome and is ALWAYS willing to assist you in every way. The apartments are very spacious and the layout is great! It is extremely quiet and the upkeep of the grounds is spectacular. I recommend Appling Lakes with 5 stars!

I lived at Appling Lakes for nearly 2 years and I never had a single maintenance issue handled in one visit. The absolute bare minimum was done to repair any isuues I had. I called them 3 times to repair a running toilet and it was still running when I moved out
