I'm looking to relocate to the Cordova area. I visited the apartments today, and everything, and everyone, seemed very nice. Although I've lived in enough apartments to know that doesn't mean much. I work nights, so am looking for a quite place, and I want to feel safe. And I want nice people in the office that get stuff done. I want recent opionions on this place...can anyone help'

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. tHE BUILDINGS WERE JUST PAINED AND LOOK GREAT. tHE POOL IS A GREAT AREA TO RELAX DURING THE DAY-IN SEASON i AM THERE EVERY DAY FOR SUN AND A NAP (i AM RETIRED) tHE DAYS ARE REAL QUIET. iF YOU HAVE VISTED THE OTHER COMPLEXES THEN YOU KNOW THIS IS THE BEST. gO FOR IT.

I just moved out because I was burglarized twice while I lived there. In addition to a complete lack of safety, I had to call multiple times every single time I had a maintenance issue. As a result of the burglaries I wanted maintenance there on days that I could be there too - THIS NEVER HAPPENED - I was required to leave my security devices off for several days in a row until they felt like showing up. I never had a single maintenance issue handled t my satisfaction

Wouldn't recommend it. The Apartments are nice, but safety has really gone down hill. I was burglarized recently and found out from the police officers that there has been many break-ins in the complex over the last few months. Why didn't the office staff tell anyone about the increase in break-ins so we/I may have been more prepared?
