We have lived at Appling Lakes for almost 3 years,and have been pleased so far. The new manager Sandy is doing a great job trying to clean up the property. The apartments are spacious and the floor plans are nice for families. The parking is an issue but it is an apartment. The pet owners don't know how to clean up after there pets. But other wise it is a great place to live and Sandy is very nice an helpful, much better than previous managers.

Sandy is a pro at smiling to your face, then stabbing you in the back. I wouldn't believe a word out of her mouth and whatever you do, GET IT IN WRITING!!!!
