I have lived at Appling Lakes for over a year and have, for the most part, been very happy here. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, it's safe and well-kept, and it's a great location. I have only a few minor complaints (a not-so-clean laundry facility being one of them) but, overall, I'd recommend this apartment complex to others.
