When we moved into cordova .. we did research a lot on the apartments nearby and finally decided to move into Appling Lakes.. We stayed more than a year and moved out of state.. however ... we had to move back to cordova for job reasons and guess what .. we moved again into appling lakes ... tht shows how much we like this community ... the apartments are spacious .. hardly any noise or disturbance in both the apartments we stayed ... i also did suggest one of my friend .. who did move in to appling ... The office staff are wonderful.. Jenny and Timatha .. have always been nice and address whtever was the issue .. and we always get the best parking lot with ample spaces b/w cars .... Overall we are very happy ..
