My husband and I have lived at Appling Lakes for 2 years and we are renewing our lease again this month. The things that attracted us to the complex initially were the well kept grounds, the spacious floor plans and the fact that the complex welcomes animals. The apartment must be well insulated as we hardly ever hear any noise. Our maintenance issues have been handled promptly. The office staff, especially Timetha, is friendly, courteous and address our needs without delay. Parking is adequate and on a first come, first serve basis. The parking areas are well lit. We are happy with our apartment at Appling Lakes and would definitely recommend the complex to anyone looking for an apartment residence.
