Maintenance was never truly been a focus and this is why I decided not renew my lease..It had always taken forever just to get things done..The grounds arent that well kept. I always see the guy driving the golf cart but trash is still all over the ground. I understand there is a new manager, but i dont know if its too late.UGH..Proceed with caution...and that Jennie lady was so rude..
