We moved here from a 2BR/1BA home in April. I was attracted to the place due to the private garage and private entry that you get with each place. We are in a downstairs 2BR/2BA and it fits our needs fine. Our neighbors are great and the neighborhood is always quiet and very clean. Each place comes with a free monitored alarm system that is not really necessary considering it is a safe neighborhood. If you are currently looking for an apartment that feels like a home, this is the place to go. The only negatives I can think of is the staff doesn't keep you up to date on what's going on in the apartment community like others do and if you have a pet they only accept breeds under 20 lbs. (If they tell you it's ok if you have a larger pet, don't listen to them. They will make you get rid of it later)....otherwise I Highly recommend Camden Grove!
