ME AND MY FIANCE LIVED HERE FOR 1 FULL YEAR, IT WAS NICE BUT EXTREMELY HIGH FOR APT LIVING, THE MAINTENANCE DEPT WAS AWFUL, THEY WOULD TAKE THERE TIME IN FIXING ANYTHING, I WOULD HAVE TO CONSTANTLY CALL TO GET SOMETHING FIXED AND HAD TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB..OVERALL THE COST OF RENTING IS EXTREMELY HIGH
