Camden Grove offers one tolerable place to rent if one is forced to live in the Memphis area. The staff is very friendly. The pool is nice. Trash and mail service is adequate. The location is fairly safe. However, the maintenance is half-hearted without attention to even the largest detail. Many residents create unnecessary noise like loudly revving of cars, trucks, motorcycles engines or loud playing of car stereos with the usual disregard for anyone else. Despite garages there are many autos parked outside. The apartment rules are loosely enforced. The amenities listed allow small dogs but the majority are large and 80% of the owners routinely allow there dogs to defecate ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE without removal. Overpriced and overhyped in my opinion.

I live there too & I totally agree with the half-hearted maintenance comment; but I must definitely back you up about the loosely enforced rules. I had several noise complaints about my wannabe rock star neighbor and he has yet to be addressed....I pay too much rent to dodge the small car-crowded streets. Step the rules up Grant & Co.!Manage your apartments! You only have 2--how hard is that??

Trash service adequate? You apparently don't go by there on the days when the "Place Trash in Fenced Area" sign is up and the fenced area is over flowing with bags and crap. Location safety seems to be going downhill also, so I don't know that I would agree with that one. Loud music and revving of motorcycles and car engines is definitely spot on.
