I am a current resident at Cedar Ridge. The walls ARE thin!!! I can hear my neighbor's alarm clock every morning & thier conversations every day!!! Everytime you call for a problem, they won't come out unless you have a fire or water damage....how about that for good service''!!! I am just WAITING for my lease to expire so we can get out of here! I have always been an apartment person due to my hectic schedule....but after this I am REALLY considering buying a house!!! To all interested, I would look elsewhere!! They are old, pine needles & sap all over your vehicles, and they don't do what they say!!! Keep on lookin! Trust me, I'm doing you a favor!!!!!

This seems like sour grapes. Were you evicted? With residents that have lived here 20years this just seems hard to believe. Exactally what happened? Whos fault was it?

You're kidding, right? No matter what time I turn in a report to Sherrie at the front desk, Joe comes THAT day to fix whatever is broken. And I've been living here 2 years.
