Going downhill

We have lived here for 2 years and we had loved it. The walls are thin and you can hear people talking, moving around, etc. The kitchen is small with little storage but most apt kitchens are. The outside patio is wonderful to have but there are TONS of pine needles. You will get sap on your car, you will remove dead pine needles daily. But it is quiet and peaceful for the most part. We have never heard or seen any domestic disputes, etc. There are quite a few kids that run around on the south side of the property so Sherrie was nice enough to put us on the north side since we dont have children. Keep in mind this started as a retirement community so yes the residents tended to be older BUT recently that has changed and the demographics of the community have changed -- not for the better. I doubt they still do the criminal background checks. The sheriff has moved out and so are we. And unless you have a end unit, parking is a nightmare.
