I have only lived here six months, and am moving out to save money, but this place is worth the money if your have it. We have never had to file a noise complaint, and the only real problem we had was with ants when we accidently left some food on the counter. I will admit, the kitchen is small, and the cabinets are waaaaaay to high up (my wife is 5'7" and couldn't get stuff out of them sometimes) but those are really small inconveniences considering how nice the neighbors are, and how quiet the place is. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
