The apartments are very spacious and look very nice. But, beware---lurking in the apartment are unfixed problems that will stay that way after many complaints. My family and I moved in these apartments in May 2002, it is now Feb. 2003 and my problems that were listed on my move in sheet to be fixed, still have yet to be fixed. When I first moved in, and did my walk through I noticed a bunch of things that needed to be repaired; No screens on any windows, toliet constantly running, bathtub clogged up, fence post knocked out, electrical wiring exposed on outlet on back porch, washer/dryer do not work worth anything, and many more problems. Of the problems, not even half have been fixed yet. There is a bunch of crime going on in the back part of the complex(which is where I live) Your neighbors are very incodiderate of you. And, we have been through 3 property managers since I have been there..What is up with that'' These apartments are okay, just make sure your repairs are done BEFORE you move in....Don't get trapped like I have.
