Let me first state that compared to the apartments my fiance and I used to live in, these are way better. The most problems we have encountered is with the staff. We have a real bad ant problem in both of the bathrooms. I have asked them numerous time to tell the guy to spray the building, not just our apartment as that does no good. The only thing the guy does is spray under the counters. These apartments also seem to have a bad spider problem. I was bitten on the leg one morning while laying in the bed and then when my fiance got up to get in the shower, the spider fell out of her hair. Again, this could have been prevented if the pest control guy would spray the BUILDING and not just the apartment. On to the air conditioner. I think the people that lived there before us smoked cig's like a champ. The AC unit in the closet is covered in dust and I have asked the maintence man to clean the unit so we don't keep going through air filters. What does he do, he changes the aire filter. I can't afford to take off work to babysit these people to make sure they do the job that I ask them to. Other than that, the area is great (with the exception of the terrible terrible traffic on Germantown Parkway), there is no major crime and it is extremely quite. But remember, the apartments we used to live in were horrible.
