The apartment was nice and location was good but when it came time to move out management was terrible. Claims of never receiving a notice not to renew and making accusations that the last rent payment was late. They seem to be in the business of making every excuse to keep your security deposit. So I would beware of renting from this apartment community as there are plenty of other options available in the Cordova market.
