I recently moved out of Cordova Creek because you do not get what you pay for. My rent went up almost one hundred dollars in a year. They want you to pay a luxury apartment price, but you do not get a luxury apartment. When you request maintenence to be done it takes weeks. I was taking a shower and walked out to find a maintence worker in my apartment because the tenant below me had requested work to be done on my apartment and I was not notified. The layout and space of the apartment is good, but you can get a luxury apartment for the same price, because I live in one know.
