they only require a 30 day notice if your lease is up and i have never heard of it being any different. As for a sixty day notice they only require that if you are breaking your lease... good luck finding any property that lets you out of breaking your lease with less.

I have read my lease very thoroughly, and it states that you must give a 60 day notice.
