I have lived here for about a year and a half and haven't had any real problems. When I renewed thought I was going to lose the special rate I had received but it only went up $20 (alot better than the $80 I expected). The staff does change alot but the maintenance staff is good about fixing things in a timely manner. The ants do come in a couple times a year but a good spraydown gets rid of them...and I'd rather have ants than spiders or rodents. There are children in the complex but they are well behaved and don't annoy anyone. It's not a luxury community by far but I've enjoyed my experience here more than anywhere else.
