The first two years were pretty good. However, my neighbor upstairs moved in five other people into a 2 bedroom apt. Caution to anyone living on the bottom floor, per the upstairs neighbors have kids that they let "RUN" loose at will (Up to the late hours of the night). Every step the 6 people took, sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. It took 2 months of repetitve complaints to the office staff to have the upstairs neighbors floors repaired. The floors are currently better, but not fully repaired. Upstairs neighbors are very noisy and inconsiderate. Unless it is after 11:00 pm according to the office staff and courtesy officer nothing can be done, "it is part of apartment living." We were told that we were on our own with any complaints and problems that we may have.
You may also move in with a nice special rate, but watch out. Mine went up from $615 to $785 in 3 years.
After this experience, I will never live in an apartment ever again. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I have lived at cordova creek for 3 yrs also and I have not had any problems, as with any apartments if you live down stairs you are more than likely going to hear your neighbors so if you do not want to hear them move into a house or live upstairs. I feel that the rates are not bad for the location

I have lived here over 4 years and have had no problems until last year. I have observed that consideration for the types of tenants are ignored. We now have police cruising through 1-2 cars at a time. And please, not the sign of the times...it is who is living here. I have lived in apartments for 10 years and have never complained about upstairs neighbors until recently. The walls are thin and can hear the phone ringing from next door as well as yelling upstairs.

i have been living in CC since May of 2006 and I have had no problems. The leasing office is very nice and helpful and I feel safe here.

Ive lived in Cordova Creek for less than a year, and its horrible. I must have had the same 11 people upstairs from me as well- and they never slept. There is a constant squad of police cars at night by the leasing office, and these are not for protection. The officer who lives there invites all of his friends over at night to sit, eat, and watch tv in leasing office- and they are all in uniform and most likely on duty. Maybe thats why the apartment next door was robbed at 8 in the morning while I was at home alone. And i believe that the office staff fell off qirls gone wild and the only word i can fathom to describe them- 'stupid'. Cruel but true. Also one of the maintenance men was seen going into the mail boxes and claimed to have been told "to clear a few out". Since the building is "pet friendly", the friendly little dogs have relieved themselves all over the 10 year old carpet, and it smells god awful when it rains or gets hot. The only good thing is that the utilities are really low and its in a good location. Just remember- this is your home for the next 6 months or year!
