My girlfriend and I were ideal tenants. Upon vacating the apartment at the end of our lease, we gave a 55 day notice to vacate. Through a verbal agreement, with their Asst. Manager --currently still with Cordova Creek--, I was told the 60 day notice was not necessary as no one was waiting to move into the unit. With that taken care of and after the walk-thru was completed and satisfactory, we were told to wait to hear from them about getting our deposit returned.
Two months later, instead of getting a check for $100 my girlfriend received a collections notice in the amount of $479!! Conveniently, she does not remember our conversation and states I gave notice 2 weeks later than was actually given. She was unwilling to retract the error she made.

And then there were the ants and multiple brown recluse in our apartment, which they never came to take care of.

Steer clear of the place for these reasons and more than we experienced I'm sure.
