I moved there in May 03, and while I was fortunate not to have any of the break ins that others have talked about, I did have one heck of a time getting maintanence to do what they were suppose to. I had a roof leak that took about 5 months to fix, after repeated calls to maintanence, and a letter sent threating to break my lease if it wasn't fixed by a certain date, and finally after another call (giving them yet another chance), I finally got some action and it was fixed. I would have not cared if attempts were made to try and fix the leak, but no attempts were made till the very end. Had a few other issues with the maintanence staff, seems like there were some very lazy people there, and from looking at the other post, maybe Country Squire got rid of those lazy people on their staff. Also, I can tell you that not all of the roofs have been fixed from the storm of 03, in fact, many of the buildings (including the one I lived in), haven't had anything done to them to repair/replace the roofs since the day of the storm. Other buildings on the apt side were replaced within a few month, but the side with the townhouse still have the quick tar paper patches on them, and in some cases, the decking of the roof is completely exposed.

I guess for the money, they weren't bad, but I wouldn't live there again. I found many more nicer apt complexes with more ammendities then Country Squire offers for just a little bit more. All in all, it wasn't that bad, but make sure you request to have your apt sprayed for bugs on a regular basis, especially spiders!!!
