OK I HAVE to comment on these last 3 comments.1st one "Burglaries keep happening and non residents keep walking, driving and eyeing property. " Ok people Burglaries happen everywhere!!! Even G'town and C'ville. That's part of MEMPHIS period, so get over it please. #2comment "
Lived here two years - First year was fine, but management changed in 03, as did the complexion of the apartments. Feared for my safety, as there are many break-ins and car break-ins. My neighbor smoked marijuana on the porch? First off, Management has NEVER changed here, COUNTRY SQUIRE is own and ran by FOGELMAN and ALWAYS has been. Same has above, break in are everywhere in Memphis, Why don't you try living in South Memphis, Than hear you all ----- about break ins. and the smoking marijuana, well hmmm No I don't smoke either, but you know a lot of people do, yeah it's not right and not legal, but nether is speeding, I am sure you have speeded before huh' OK this one is really FUNNY! #3 "I saw 3 brown recluse spiders in 6 months & management did not seem to care. Basically, I was scared to sleep with the lights off & I never walked around the apartment w/o shoes" 3''' That?s ALL' OMG give me a break, 3 spiders in 6 months!!! Hell I have seen 3 in 1 day before, BIG deal... They have pest control every THURSDAY; all you have to do is call them to put you on the list. There are mature trees here and lots of wood, EXPECT bugs where nature is..... OK #4 "I think some families were provided subsidized housing...without informing me when I signed my lease!!!!!!!" JUST so you know, it is LAW that EVERY single apartment in Memphis and surrounding area accept SECTION 8 Vouchers. But guess what, they still have to qualify just like you did and everyone else did. They use those vouchers just like money that's all. PEOPLE come on, there is almost 1000 apartments out here and I think over all this property is great, They keep it clean, great landscape (YEAR AROUND) The staff is very helpful. I have lived here 2 years this time over 1 year back in 97-99. I live in Town homes this time, Apartments the first time. All I can say is GET RENTERS INSURANCE wherever you live! And COUNTRY SQUIRE is a great place to live and there are some great kids here also! Great Schools!
