I have lived here for 2.5 years, and plan to move only when I leave the state for grad school. It is quiet here most of the time, I LOVE having my own washer/dryer/dishwasher. The maintenance responds within 48 hours, and if you don't mind calling them a 2nd time...they'll be there in 24 hours. The management is fantastic...always greet you and take care of you when you walk in the door. I've never had trouble parking in front of my building. As for security, I came home from a friend's about 1am once and was stopped by a guard (in his lil flashing light car) and asked what I was doing. I was a single little white girl carrrying a pillow, so they do check everyone.
