don't do it

i moved in last summer and i can not wait for the lease to be up. i have had a leak for about 4 or 5 months and i have given up on getting it fixed. maintenance has "put in my request" about 6 times. whatever that means. it's still leaking. there were roaches when we moved in. haven't had much of a problem lately but now that it is summer again, who knows' the chain in my toilet is broken. not that big of a deal because i can still flush it. it just takes a long time. the point is that they have not fixed it yet. i do not expect it to be fixed. the air conditioner was broken for about a week and it was really hot! they fixed that finally but what about the leak' and the toilet' ok...the patio is also a problem. when it rains the back patio floods. therefore there is always mud at the end of it near the railing. what is that about' the front door flies open if its not locked and the wind is blowing. i know other people who have the same problem. i just think there are much better apartment complexes in the area for the amount of money i am spending (wasting) here.
