I have lived here for one year in the townhouse area after selling my house. The rent price was great but you get what you pay for. The apartments are old & really showing it. My washer overflowed 3x due to hoses not being secured. Each time it ruined carpet. While they replaced the carpet, it was still a hassle. Plus, why didn't they replace the machine after the 2nd time it happened' The main problem is the area is really going down with a lot of questionable people coming & going. My neighbor reported to the mgmt that they saw a man laying down trying to look in my bedroom window one morning in early May. I have yet to receive any notification from managment of this situation. Although I bought a house, I would not have felt comfortable staying in this complex another year.
