These apartments & condos are NOT a good deal for the money. Some trees and shade , and but they just cut down 12 trees around my building! I used to not hear my neighbors ( quiet people) but new neighbors are louder (thin walls). Some of my neighbors are friendly and will say hi and even talk to you. Somewhat kid friendly, I live in the 2 bedroom 2 story unit that is the largest size in feet. Lots of spiders inside and have had many spider bits on my head while sleeping. The neghborhood maintance man "Larry" has worked here since the 1980's. He is overwelmed with request for maintance, and it usually takes 2-3 calls to get action. The apartments are 30 years old, so far at my request they have installed new water heater,door trim insulation,outdoor lights, fixed my A/C fan,fixed a leaky sink,replaced dish washer ,replaced rotten wood and painted it. It took 2 years to replace the rotten wood, and only one have they cleaned out the gutters which leaked water in the house and made stains in carpet. If you have a problem, it does not get fixed right away! HUGE MOLD PROBLEM, don't move here. The people that work here are liars, don't care about the people living here, and as a tennant, you will be treated very poorly.There is at least one lawsuit being brought on the APTs. becuase they were sick becuase of the MOLD PROBLEM. I have had more lung problems since I moved here, and I don't smoke ciggarettes! I can't wait to move.
