I liked these apartments for several reasons: The grounds are beautiful, there are a ton of pools scattered throughout, the location is close to pretty much anything you could want.

However, I found out that all those trees mean brown recluses EVERYWHERE, and the glue traps they lay out just don't do the trick. If you have kids/pets, you might want to think about that. Maintenance is slow, occasionally they "fix" the wrong thing, and often they just don't ever show. The groundskeepers also have no respect for people's property... they broke several of my flowerpots over a year and a half, without any mention to me. But so far as apartments go, these are nitpicky complaints.

So long as you don't mind fixing your own leaky sink (or can stand to wait 2 weeks to get it done) and don't have a fear of spiders, I would recommend these. They're very nice, pretty quiet, and conveniently located.
