DO NOT GO HERE! This place is cheap, but it is cheap for a reason. It is about 15 years old and dirty. The people who landscape the lawn just mow through not really doing anything. But you will hear them doing their jobs. But when they are done, you will not notice a difference except maybe the smell of gas. The apartments are old and falling apart. When we moved to our second apartment, from my one bedroom we ran out of places to write down things that were damaged. They did not fix anything! The -------- came by to paint the walls at 8pm at night! We told them to come back tomorrow but they did not, not that they spoke English! Then we had water leaking through the WALLS! And into the carpet and mold grew! We did not see anyone for days after reporting it. And they pretend they are serious about molds by making you sign a disclaimer about it but no one came to clean the carpets for DAYS! And the same -------- came by to paint the sheetrock from the wall leaking, but I never told them about any damages to the sheetrock because there was none! But we needed the room (two bedrooms) so we had to take it. We are now months from moving out and I can not wait! Now we are dealing with toilet backwash from other people living in the apartment and it stinks the toilets up. And if you do not use the second toilet for more than 2 days, the water turns brown from other people POOP! Back flowing into it! There are tons of other problems that we deal with that they do not fix! DO NOT MOVE HERE! We are moving out ASAP! I just hope they do not try to screw us over when we do move, like so many others have said. Oh yeah! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR APARTMENTS ALTE AT NIGHT! There are people walking around talking to people in cars and those cars just drive off and there are a lot of people out at night. Can we say drug deals' The other day, this guy was cleaning his 4 foot sniper rifle in the parking lot! And they DO NOT PROVIDE FIRE Extinguishers!!!
