I mved in March 2006 and have had numerous problems with maintenance.I have had my tiles fall in on me in the shower and my ceiling collapsed in both bathrooms on seprate occasions. You can't get them to fix anything right away untill you call several time and raise hell with management or Folgeman. I have had water leaking from the apartments upstairs for the last four months and they eventually send some one out after your call for months and raise hell. Also since I mves he I have heard 2 gun fights in the units behind me and witnessed a high speed police chace with shots fire less than 50 yard out my back door. I have beensuffering from mold and mildew allegies from all the water damage and numerous migraines from dealing with all this crap.

city of Memphis code officials came out and inspected the place, and FINED Country Squire APts.

What a Complete Farce..Think maybe Channels 3 or 5 would have covered a police chase??? Hmmm.. What a Joke of a Review! One phone call to the Staff or to the Maintenance is all I have ever had to make. They ran out to replace the fluorescent bulbs in my kitchen. - That is all the troubles I have had. My neighbors ALL seem quite happy too. No gunfire? LOL! or police chases, please. The Ofc Staff is Superb, efficient, and very friendly. Great Mgr, Mr. Davenport! They even sign for my packages when I am not at home and contact me immediately. Sounds most certainly like an exaggeration on your part to get out of a lease or type or personal issue of your own. NEVER HAVE SEEN NOR HEARD OF SUCH AND HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 2 YEARS WITH CHILDREN AND MY LITTLE DOG. Why try to ruin it for those of us who are happy? Misery enjoys company..hope you find another place to complain about! WE LOVE IT HERE!
