When I decided to rent at Country Squire, the staff seemed very nice and helpful and made like Country Squire was grand. Then I moved in... the staff turned rude and unhelpful. I called about several maintenance items and the response was very slow. My back door leaked (soaked my carpet)each time it rained, and they never came to fix it. The wood on the whole apartment is rotting out like crazy and my front door was very drafty. They cut off the water at least once a month for repairs- (how many repairs need to be made'!'!) Also, the move out notice is 60 days and is only accepted on the first of each month!!! That is unreal- I have always been used to 30 days or sometimes less, but 60 days is ridiculous. Most people don't know two months in advance that they are moving. Overall, I would not reccomend this apartment complex. The rent is less than some places, but for the quality, service, and staff attitudes, I would not live here again.
