I have lived here for almost a year in a townhouse. The problems I have read are a little exagerated. I don't have spiders anywhere in my townhouse and I have never heard of any of my nieghbors complain about mold, or spiders. It takes the maintance office time to fix things but come on... the place is huge. Eveything I needed fixed has gotton fixed just not right away, but with in a timely manner I would say. Its really qiet and peaceful here and I love all the trees. It makes it very cozy. The only problem there seems to be is that the maintanance office takes a little time to get to you but they do. The staff is very friendly but its a huge complex so I don't get mad at them when they can't get to me right away. They do seem to care and I give them alot of credit for maintaining such a huge complex. Overall I love it here and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. I have lived in a lot of apartments, and this is the best one yet.

"I love all the trees" I guess you are referring to the ones that were cut down about 6 months ago. I miss them too, especially since the pine needles were everywhere and you would constantly slip on the piles of them that were never raked or taken care of. The staff changes constantly. You are right, it's a huge complex...grossing lots of money. Hire more maintenance!
