Hopefully you're looking at this before you move in.

Everything I've read on here is true and even more. If you're thinking about renting a townhouse here, be prepared to pay anywhere from $225-$325/mo for mlgw and hopefully, if you're lucky, you'll get cool air in the summer with that. The maintenance dept is extremely slow. The leasing staff are nice until you move in. Everything in and around the "multi million dollar" leasing office like the sauna, hot tub, ect are always broke. When you call the maintenace or corporate office to ask when they will be fixed, you are simply told "there is no money in the budget for that right now". The funny thing about it is, the entry sign on Germantown pkwy reads, "Country Squire, Luxury Apartments". Yeah, right!

My utilities are much lower, maybe there was something wrong with the system at this unit. Maint dept is slower than the Police.Lots of broken things, and all the staff that work on the houses only speak Spanish, so you can't comunicate well with anyone but their boss. This place stinks!
