This is not a bad place to live...ive lived here for a few months now and so far I love it!!! I came from Woodchase which was a nightmare!!! We havent had bug problems but our dishwasher is broke and its taken a couple of days but thats b/c its such a big place!!! The staff is friendly and its really nice. Everyone that comes to visit really talks about the size for the price and how nice it is. My neighbors are also great!

I finally got a brand new one yesterday!!! It did take them a few days to get it and I had to stay on top of them but still much better than where I came from!!!

They replaced our dishwasher quickly, but mostly because the one that was in our townhome was completely rusted and smelled like crap. Once they replaced the dishwasher and we did a bunch of RAID roach traps it cut down on the amount of bugs and/or spiders we saw.
