Maintenance is AWFUL! - My icemaker has not worked since March - The ceiling in my downstairs bedroom is falling down ( hot water heater broke I happened to catch the water coming throughthe ceiling right when it first happened. Took six hours to get someone in there to turn offi the water. By then the ceiling was shot) That happened in May - my fireplace does not work has nver worked!! Smoke fills the townhouse even with the damper open. I have faxed repair requests for all of this 3 or 4 times - but they did come to fix a broken toilet at my apt -even though I did not report it or need it and then my toilet did not work for a week - and they broke my plunger while they were at it. SPIDERS!!!!! I have never seen so many brown recluse spiders you can't get them to spray (never lived in an apt that did not spray on a regular basis). I even found spiders on my clothes after putting them on. I finally bought my own spray and spray once every few weeks. Now they want to increase my rent by $50.00/mo. I can't move this time but next year I will be out of here!!

I know what you mean! This is the worst maint. ever! I'm going to star video documenting everything that goes wrong, when I call it in, and IF they ever come. We used to have REALLY bad spiders, too. A guy at my church has a pro grade killer, and we spray once every 4 months or so. It works great. Let me know if you need some (hawkteflon@hotmail.com)!
