I would never recommend anyone move to these apartments! They come up with all types of fees for you to pay that are not in your lease, they don't fix things, and there is a thief running around stealing peoples rent money orders. People break into cars and let there cats scratch your windshields. There is mold! Some tenants (in the complex in which I reside)drive work truks loaded with mud and are allowed to park right in front of the building! The staff -OMG! The ones I deal with frequently ar fake phonies! But you get what you pay for!! They are one of the cheapest places in cordova -the space is nice but the set up is old fashion. All the appliances are old and barley working and they won't fix or replace. When I first moved in the apartment still reeked of dog and they did nothing to fix it! I'm so glad my lease is up!! Thank you Jesus!

What kind of style do you live in? I am thinking of moving into a townhome. Are the problems bad over on that side too? what is this about the rent money, do they not have a drop box you can pay inside? I thought they had payments options online? Please could you give more info? Thanks.

Yes, the problems are throughout the complex. The cost is NOT worth putting up with the HORRIBLE management company or office staff. There are better apartment complexes in the area that may be a few more dollars than Country Squire but it is SOOO worth it!

DEAR ANONYMOUS ---- YES YES THE PROBLEMS ARE JUST AS BAD ON THE "TOWNHOUSE" SIDE (OO LA LA - NOT-SO-MUCH). IF YOU READ MY REVIEW YOU WILL KNOW THAT TO MOVE FROM A ONE BEDROOM TO A TOWNHOUSE WILL COST YOU THE PRICE OF A NEW NEON!! LOL!! DONT DO IT - MOVE TO ANOTHER COMPLEX BEFORE YOU SIGN ANOTHER LEASE WITH CS!
