I vowed that when i moved out of Country Squire, I would do everything in my power to spread the word how BAD the complex has gone down hill! I was very happy when i first moved in 4 years ago. Every year after that, everything went downhill. ESPECIALLY the office staff. The manager seems to be just out of high school and has NO people skills whatsoever! The bookkeeper must have went to the same people training school that the kid went to. BUGS!! And i mean HUGE bugs constantly. I would love to hit the bugs with the brick but then the bug would have a weapon! They are THAT big! Oh and the office staff cares NOTHING of noise coming from neighbors apartments. The staff takes it out on YOU if you complain! I moved out this past year and my stress level has dropped drastically! Just say NO to Country Squire!

I have to agree. I paid $1200 to move out 6 months early in my lease, it was so bad! I am handicap and the handicap parking signs that were there when I moved in were taken down within a month of my moving in. I asked one of the maint. men if they intended to put them back and he said they were not going to. The office staff cared nothing about any of my problems I had. Very rude and unsympathetic. I am happy i am no longer there!

While I do agree that this place is about as nice as a hand powered garage door opener, I have to disagree about the noise. They seem to take care of the noise complaints immediately. That, and they got rid of that one chick in the office who was a complete ditz. That helped, too.

I agree completely. The roaches are so disgusting that I still have NEVER showered in my back bathroom and I've been living here for two years. I was afraid to go in my kitchen for the first few months b/c a roach would be staring me in the face. The noise is a problem, Mexican fiesta music is funny for about five minutes...not all night.
