The Apartments are knd of dark and gloomy. I have lived here for almost a year. They are slow about maintance issues and they don't follow up. There has been a continuing water problem. I do not recommend

My boyfriend and I believe that the complex is accepting tenant 8 housing. There are groups of teenagers roaming around late at night, as well as occurrences of assault, vandalism and burglary. The maintenance staff is an incompetent group of imbeciles. For instance, my shower has been leaking for months and the lazy, slow and incompetent maintenance staff cannot fix it. Overall, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, let alone a friend.

Yes, they are most definitely accepting Section 8. I would have to agree with that. It's so sad too, because this used to be a nice place to live.

Dark and Gloomy? BUY SOME NICE LAMPS??? They do not provide furniture for you..You are suppposed to get that for yourself. Mine is professional decorated and gorgeous! Lamps, DEAR!!!! LOL! If you are discriminatory, you live in the wrong city, state and country..You will find things are the same in Germantown, Collierville, Dallas, and L.A. -mostly worse..Not Fogelman's problem - sounds like yours!
